Wise Construction completes lab work at Wellesley College; starts 15,000 s/f renovation for United Health Group

Wise Construction, of Winchester, has completed construction projects for Wellesley College where project teams renovated three laboratories and completed the build out of a new laboratory at the college's Science Center. The lab and holding rooms are designed exclusively for the study of birds and required environmentally friendly lighting and heating and remedial rooms for bird study. The Science Center remained operational during the 2,000 s/f project. Wise was also named construction manager for a major interior renovation by United Health Group. Wise will construct an executive suite and innovation center at United Health Group's new location at One Main St. in Cambridge. The architect for the 15,000 s/f project is RSP Architects of Minneapolis.
