Wise completes 22,000 s/f build-out for Beal Companies
Wise Construction Corp. has completed a 22,000 s/f office build-out for Next Jump, on behalf of the landlord, The Beal Cos., at One Kendall Sq.
Construction of the build-out and interior for Next Jump featured loft-style office space with interior glazing and meeting rooms. The facility also has a fitness center with a batting cage.
Wise Const. was hired by Beal Cos. for the project. The Beal Cos. owns and manages One Kendall Sq., which is in the Kendall/MIT technology and life-science cluster.
"The new build-out truly reflects Next Jump's mission, culture and values," said John Wise, president of Wise Const. "We're very pleased to have completed this project on time."
