WinnCompanies completes multiple promotions to expand leadership

Boston, MA WinnCompanies completed a series of promotions to expand the company’s executive leadership team including:

• A 30-year veteran of the real estate management industry, Doug Jones has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president of WinnResidential Military Housing Services. Jones oversees a portfolio of 19,000 homes for soldiers and their families spread across five states. He also manages the Operations Technology Team which provides technical support services for WinnResidential Military Housing Services.

• Brian Kean, formerly a senior vice president for WinnResidential, has been promoted to executive vice president of WinnResidential for the Boston and New York Regions. This role will see him supervising all property management operations for more than 200 properties in the company’s urban portfolio in Mass. and N.Y.

• John Kuppens has been promoted from a senior vice president to executive vice president of WinnResidential for the Northeast Region. In his new role, Kuppens will oversee management operations throughout Conn., N.H., R.I., and parts of Mass. and N.Y.

• Jerry Lemmon, formerly a senior vice president for WinnResidential, will be taking on a new dual role as the company’s executive vice president of new business development and as executive vice president of the company’s portfolio in the Central/South Region.

• Jim Aliberti has been promoted to senior vice president of the West Region of WinnResidential. In his new role as senior vice president of WinnResidential’s West Region, Aliberti will oversee all property management and maintenance for WinnResidential’s West Coast operations, totaling more than 98 properties with more than 9,800 residential units.

• Kirstin Rich was promoted to senior vice president for WinnResidential Military Housing Services from her previous role as VP. Rich oversees a portfolio of 3,700 homes for airmen across four Western U.S. states.

She manages development and implementation of policies and procedures for WinnResidential military housing communities. Rich also directs the team responsible for quality control and operational support services for the military housing portfolio.

• An industry veteran with more than two decades of property management experience, David Blumberg was recently promoted from divisional vice president to senior vice president of WinnResidential. In his new role, Blumberg is responsible for overseeing the management operations of more than160 mixed-use properties within WinnResidential’s Boston Region, totaling more than 11,000 apartment homes, 73 condominiums and commercial spaces.

• Brett Meringoff, formerly vice president of WinnDevelopment in the Mid-Atlantic region, will assume the role of senior vice president of WinnDevelopment. Meringoff will assume responsibility for oversight of all of WinnDevelopment operations in the Mid-Atlantic Region including asset acquistions, project financing, strategy and conceptualization, and overseeing project development through to completion.
