Wilson and Carlton of Grubb & Ellis execute leases totaling 32,449 s/f
Grubb & Ellis has brokered two leases totaling 32,449 s/f. Floor Tech Industries leased 22,383 s/f of general industrial space at 125 Shawmut Road for Shawmut Operations. Taryn Wilson and Lance Carlton of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessee in this transaction.
Mallincrodt has leased 10,066 s/f of industrial space at 65 Shawmut Rd. from Shawmut Park LLC. Wilson and Carlton represented the lessor in this transaction.
