Williams of Royal Properties, Inc. reps GOLFTEC in new 2,500 s/f lease

Stamford, CT According to Royal Properties, Inc., GOLFTEC signed a long-term lease for 2,500 s/f at 850 Canal St.

“We are thrilled to represent GOLFTEC in finding their second location in Fairfield County, CT,” said John Williams of Royal Properties, Inc., who handled this assignment on behalf GOLFTEC. Dan Neaton of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented the landlord.

Its fact-based approach to improvement benefits golfers of any skill level, maximizing performance and enjoyment of the game. With more than 200 locations worldwide, Royal Properties is representing GOLFTEC in expanding into the tri-state area, seeking 2,500 s/f spaces in affluent areas.

850 Canal St. is situated in the South End of the city, off Exit 8 of I-95 and is adjacent to the Stamford Media Village redevelopment. This site has a new retail façade with display windows, new entrances and lobby sporting an urban, industrial vibe. 

GOLFTEC will be surrounded by outstanding neighboring retailers including Fairway Market, Dinosaur BBQ, Serendipity Labs, Granola Bar, Design Within Reach, Kayak and over 1,800 residential units.
