William Raveis Massachusetts acquires GKR Residential in South Boston
According to Chris Raveis, managing partner of William Raveis Massachusetts, the company recently acquired GKR Residential in South Boston. Since opening their doors in 2007, GKR Residential boasts over $341 million in total volume closed. The acquisition follows a record end to 2012 for William Raveis, with $1.7 billion in total volume in Mass. alone.
