According to The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., Enservio has renewed its lease for 18,463 s/f at Cutler Lake Corporate Center at 117 Kendrick St. Brian Hines and Ryan Romano of DTZ represented Enservio, while Michael Wilcox, senior vice president and director of leasing represented Bulfinch. "Our team has been incredibly impressed with the new ownership, Bulfinch, since they've taken hold of 117 Kendrick St.," said Neil Murphy, senior vice president at Enservio. "In short time they have made tremendous enhancements to the property, and their commitment to the asset and its tenants is quite clear. 117 Kendrick is a first-class property with first-class ownership, and because of this Enservio has chosen to extend its lease early." 117 Kendrick St. is a 213,000 s/f first-class office building in Greater Boston's leading office market. The single-story property was completely renovated in 2001 and is ideally situated in Needham Crossing, a master-planned 3 million s/f business park in the N2 Corridor, Newton/Needham's technology hub. The property's location is easily accessible via I-95 (Rte. 128) and is adjacent to the 700-acre Cutler Lake Reservation, with numerous walking and jogging trails. In addition, the property provides a shuttle service to the nearby Needham MBTA green line, free and dedicated parking, a full service cafeteria, and a fully equipped fitness center. "We are extremely pleased to have retained another first-class tech company like Enservio at 117 Kendrick Street." said Wilcox. "117 Kendrick St. is a highly desirable property for tech companies and delivers all the amenities today's tenants demand. It is a perfect location for Enservio and we look forward to our continued long-term relationship." The transaction showcases the continued trend for leading technology companies to be located in hubs like the N2 Corridor that are retaining key tenants like Enservio, and attracting leading brands like Trip Advisor. Named by JD Power as a Top Ranked Carrier in Customer Satisfaction, Enservio, a leading provider of contents claim management software, payments solutions, inventory, and valuation services for property insurers, was founded in 2004 and employs 400 employees across the U.S. with its headquarters in Needham.
