Hampton, NH According to CBRE | Portsmouth, 4 Merrill Industrial Dr. has sold for $1.65 million.

Vinther Holdings, LLC purchased this 35,000 s/f, multi-tenant building from Coastal Economic Development Corp. Tenants at 4 Merrill Industrial Dr. currently include RTS, Tom James Company, Lionwise and Beach Plum. The new owner plans to occupy one-half of the building.
