White of CB Richard Ellis New England negotiates 28,000 s/f lease for TA Associates
The Kessler Group, a financial services firm specializing in partnership development, credit card marketing and portfolio acquisitions, has renewed their lease for headquarters office space at 855 Boylston St. The space consists of 28,000 s/f on floors 7 and 8 of the building. Jones Lang LaSalle managing directors Bill Barrack and Bill Collins represented The Kessler Group. Senior vice president/partner Ogden White of CBRE New England negotiated for owner TA Associates. CBRE is the exclusive leasing and property manager for 855 Boylston.
"We are thrilled to be staying in the building," said Kessler Group senior advisor David Wadman. "It has served us extremely well as our headquarters for many years."
855 Boylston St. is a 145,500 s/f class A office building located directly across from the Prudential Center in the city's Back Bay. Built in 1986, the 11-story building offers a marble floored lobby, high speed elevators, 24-hour security and underground, in-building parking. 855 Boylston St. is accessible to the MBTA Green Line at Hynes Convention Center and the MBTA Orange and Commuter lines at Back Bay Station.
