Whelan Associates holds ribbon cutting ceremony for 26,000 s/f Three Washington Place, Easton, Mass.

Easton, MA Whelan Associates held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of Three Washington Place, a 26,000 s/f, two-story, class A medical office building located on Rte. 138. The ceremony took place on Thursday, September 29.

Three Washington Place is the third building to be developed at Washington Place, a 126,000 s/f class A medical office park. Current tenants include McNeil Orthopedics and Trinity Family Medicine. One Washington Place, completed first quarter of 2007, is fully leased and features one of the region’s first all-digital ambulatory surgicenters, including MRI and digital x-ray. Two Washington Place, completed fourth quarter of 2008, is also fully leased.
