We have accomplished so much in 2018 as we continue to grow and emerge within the greater Boston community as a best-in-class construction management firm. We have continued to add some amazing new talent to our team, expanded our client base with some of the most dynamic companies in the state, many themselves industry leaders. In doing so, as we prepare for the future, we launched a new rebrand and website to better showcase to the market our capabilities and position Timberline for continued growth while earning a reputation as a dynamic partner whom our clients can trust and depend on.

Long-term interest rates have fallen by 100 basis points, and the market is normalizing. In December of 2022 I wrote an article about investing in a high interest rate, high inflation market. Since then, inflation has cooled off, and the Fed has begun lowering their funds rate.
