I took a risk building Hancock Estates, a very high-end apartment complex in Chestnut Hill with finishes that are comparable to the highest end condos in downtown Boston. The building is geared to empty nesters selling their homes in the area, not wanting to leave their neighborhood. 

The property offers multiple amenity spaces that gives them a more relaxed lifestyle in their worry free downsized new home. Interior amenities include concierge, café/community room, fitness center, business center/conference room, activity and gaming rooms, with three living rooms.
