What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2019? - by Joseph Penney

I still see a strong year for CRE in 2019. Based on the projects we have and the potential projects we are looking at there are many projects in a variety of sizes moving forward.
Residential has slowed somewhat but multi-family, commercial, industrial, and retail remain strong.
