As a lifelong resident of Hudson, Mass. much of my practice focuses in this area. In 2018, I represented the seller of a unique property here which comprised 59 fully-rented one-bedroom apartments across five buildings on two parcels. The properties had been owned by the same family for two generations. That this was a $6.1 million transfer was unprecedented and is evidence of Hudson’s increasing desirability.
I am seeing tremendous growth and prosperity coming to downtown, which is attracting a new generation of entrepreneurs, including breweries and innovative restaurants.
