I see the overall commercial real estate and construction market doing very well. Throughout the last few months I have spoken with many people in many different professions throughout the region and I hear nothing but positive response. They talk about how great this year turned out even after a later start, how they have work lined up for quite a while. I see architectural firms fully staffed again. I see retail developments popping up all over. The only negative I hear is contractors who can't find the qualified staff to complete the work they have coming up.
