West Shore hires six new key team members

Boston, MA West Shore, a fully integrated real estate firm with a specific focus on acquisition and management of multifamily assets, has added six key team members The recent hires include:

• Jeremy Milton, vice president of property management, is responsible for the oversight of property management operations, financial performance, leasing, and maintenance for West Shore’s national multifamily portfolio, providing guidance in all management disciplines to the regional, property, and maintenance teams involved in the operation of West Shore’s diverse portfolio of properties. 

• Jake Nathan, director of maintenance, oversees maintenance operations for West Shore’s portfolio of properties nationwide, working in collaboration with the corporate and property teams to manage maintenance policies and procedures, repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital projects. 

• Eunice Jones, Brooke Malone, Ashley Nadeau, and David Thomas are West Shore’s newest regional managers, charged with overseeing the Savannah, GA; Dallas-Fort Worth; Charlotte, NC; and Southern and Central Florida markets respectively. 

Each regional manager plays a critical role in overseeing operations, maintenance, and leasing within their respective markets, as well as coordinating with the Vice President of Property Management and the West Shore corporate team.

These new additions will play integral roles in various aspects of West Shore’s operations, encompassing strategic direction, investment strategies, investor relations, property management, development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and asset management. Currently, West Shore owns and operates a diverse portfolio of more than 14,000 units at 46 multifamily properties across seven states in the southeastern and southwestern regions of the United States.
