Weirsman of Colonial Properties brokers 32,000 s/f warehouse lease
West Haven, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., the company has completed the following transaction:
Kevin Weirsman, vice president, represented the landlord, 420 Frontage Road LLC, in the leasing of 32,000 s/f at 420 Frontage Rd., for a five year base term. Deluxe Wood Cabinetry, LLC leased the high bay warehouse and distribution space for their wholesale kitchen cabinetry business.
“This first class high bay warehouse and distribution space is in high demand in today’s market. This property is ideally situated off of I-95 and will serve the tenant’s needs well in their expansion into New Haven County,” said Richetelli.
