Waypoint Construction Consultants and Koningisor, Luciano merge to create WaypointKLA

Waypoint Construction Consultants and Koningisor, Luciano & Associates, both professional real estate development and construction consulting firms, have merged. This merger between two of the area's most respected construction advisory firms has positioned the company to provide unparalleled owner and developer representation. The name of the newly combined entity is WaypointKLA. "Waypoint and Koningisor, Luciano & Associates have always strived to deliver the best service possible to our clients. This merger will allow us to take our offerings to the next level and to provide a greater depth of personalized service and creative problem solving to our clients. The resources that this merger brings together are extensive." said Jim Mitrano, principal at Waypoint. The merger will strengthen each firm's existing, collaborative cross-discipline approach to projects by offering a more comprehensive scope of services with expertise at the principal level in permitting, engineering, architecture and construction management.
