Watson joins Cohn & Dussi LLC as associate

According to Cohn & Dussi LLC, Maggie Watson has joined the firm as an associate. Watson has experience in all aspects of secured transactions, including asset-based financing and equipment financing. Watson has special experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, construction, leasing and loan restructuring of apartment and condominium complexes, shopping centers, hotels, manufacturing facilities, office buildings and residential properties. She has also assisted clients with the establishment of joint ventures and 1031 exchanges.
