Waters of McLaughry assists Advantage Wireless in signing lease

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, Advantage Wireless signed a lease for a new AT&T electronics communication retail and services store at the Seminary Hill Plaza in downtown. Advantage Wireless currently has two other locations in St. Albans, VT and Plattsburg, NY. The West Lebanon store will be an AT&T distributor of hardware and business services and programs. The stores are owned and operated by Heather Moore who says, "Our success and growth of quality AT&T services and products in our other stores led us to the Upper Valley, allowing us to become a tri-state provider." McLaughry represented the landlord and assisted the tenant in this lease. After a thorough site selection process, Advantage Wireless felt that the Seminary Hill Plaza, being located in New Hampshire and having exposure to a broad segment of the market, was a good fit for the third store. Products that will be offered will be the entire Blackberry line and accessories, Nokia products and a variety of cell service programs for individuals, as well as businesses. Advantage Wireless will join other successful businesses in the Plaza such as Minuteman Press, Un-Dun, Leonard's Fuel and Stitches. After some renovations, Advantage Wireless is planning to open in early June.
