Washington Trust provides $3.9m for Berkeley Partners industrial property

Taunton, MA Berkeley Partners has secured $3.9 million in financing from Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group for the acquisition of a fully leased industrial property at 75 John Hancock Rd.  

The 34,236 s/f property is located in the Metro South industrial market, offering access to I-95 and 495, as well as Rtes. 24 and 44.

“We are excited to expand our relationship with Berkeley Partners, which own and operate more than 10 million s/f of light industrial real estate in some of the fastest growing U.S. cities and sub-markets,” said Julia Anne Slom, Washington Trust’s executive vice president & chief commercial real estate officer.
