Washington Trust provides $2.7 million in financing for Pontiac Crossing
Washington Trust's commercial real estate group recently provided $2.7 million in financing to Pontiac Crossing, LLC, the holding company of a 30,000 s/f office building located at 40 Sharpe Dr.
Pontiac Crossing, LLC is managed by Saletin Real Estate Group, a real estate development, acquisition, finance and management firm with 30 years of industry experience.
