Washington Trust provides $1.4 million to DCR Anderson WAG, LLC

Waterbury, CT Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group provided $1.4 million in permanent financing to DCR Anderson WAG, LLC for a 40,940 s/f parcel improved with a 2,053 s/fTaco Bell.

The subject site is located adjacent to I-84 with traffic counts that exceed 92,200 vehicles per day, near a neighborhood, as well as a retail district with a mix of retail stores, restaurants, and personal service establishments that draw customers to the area.
