Exeter, NH Colliers sold 2.31 acres on McKay Dr. for the development of a brand new 12,796 s/f building for Primrose Schools.

Andrew Ward, of Colliers’ Portsmouth office, represented the buyer, Primrose Schools, in the land acquisition. Christian Stallkamp, of the Boulous Company, represented the seller, Boulders Realty Corp.

Primrose Schools are a respected national system of accredited early education and care schools. It plans to serve nearly 200 children between the ages of five weeks to five years at its new location at 5 McKay Dr., and is projected to open summer 2022.

The land has visibility from Rte. 27 (Epping Rd.) and has proximity to both historic downtown Exeter and Rte. 101, a connector highway.

“With my family being part of the Seacoast area and my children having attended school in Exeter, it has been personally rewarding to support this project. The need for high quality early education and care has never been more prevalent, and we are honored to partner with families and leaders in the Exeter community to help provide young children with the right foundation for future learning and life,” said Bob Rossman, senior directory of site acquisition for Primrose Schools.
