Mark Wallace of The Wallace Co., LLC, has sold the Sagamore Beach Post Office to Cap Realty Trust, Peter & Carol Gately Trustees for $1.05 million.
The building was constructed in 1999 and is 4,640 s/f, and sits on 1.5 acres of land. The Post Office is on a NNN, long term lease.
Sagamore Beach is located along the Cape Cod Canal and is the Gateway to Cape Cod.
The seller was Meeting House Lane Realty Associates, LLC and they were represented by John Hopkins, from Frank Sullivan Real Estate.
