W.C. Stone R.E. sells out Harborside Village - 34 residential/comm'l. units

W.C. Stone Real Estate sells out Harborside Village residential condominiums. Harborside Village is a condominium complex consisting of 34 residential condominiums and one commercial condominium. All owners have deeded parking in a heated garage. This property valued at approximately $15 million has completely sold out with the closing of unit #310, "The Penthouse" which was purchased for $625,000. According to realtor and property manager Bill Stone, "The construction and quality of design provided by David and Dan Pallotta helped immensely as did the excellent financing through Cambridge Mortgage Group, a division of South Shore Savings Bank. Harborside Village is 90% owner occupied; many of these owners sold homes and have moved into their first condominium." W.C.
