New Bedford, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of a retail/service building located at 111 Ruth St. The seller was Vanessa Marques and the buyer was Union Fruit Market, Inc. The sale price was undisclosed.

The building consists of 2,773 s/f of retail/service space, on a .06 acre parcel of land.

The property will be an additional location for their specialty grocery store. Union Fruit Market is located at 1437 Acushnet Ave.

The seller and the buyer were represented by Michael Volpe from Coastal Commercial Real Estate.

Coastal Commercial Real Estate is a division of The Nery Corporation and specializes in the Sales and Leasing of office, retail, commercial, industrial and warehouse properties. They are located at 700 Pleasant St., Suite 330, New Bedford.
