According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Revera Health Systems, Inc. represented by Virginia Vinci and Neil Riley of H. Pearce Commercial, leased 10,776 s/f of office space at 538 Preston Ave. Patrick Mulready of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Trammel Crow.
