Vinci and Riley of H. Pearce broker two leases totaling 4,600 s/f
Virginia Vinci and Neil Riley of H. Pearce Commercial have completed a 2,600 s/f lease with Comcast of Middletown, Inc. at 4 Willowbrook Rd. for use as a customer sales and service center. The property is owned by Willowbrook Plaza Ltd. Partnership represented by Chris Cambareri.
Comcast of Middletown also leased 2,000 s/f at SCB Plaza, 199 Shunpike Rd. for use as a public access studio. Vinci and Riley were the sole brokers involved in this transaction.
