Vincent of Sea Watch Realty leases 7,200 s/f to Sullivan Tire

Sea Watch Realty, Inc. recently leased 7,200 s/f to Sullivan Tire at the Fairhaven Plaza on Rte. 6. The building which was a former Kmart Tire center was completely renovated and opened this summer. Noble Vincent of Sea Watch Realty worked with the owner of the property Gator Investments, Inc. and brought the tenant, Sullivan Tire to the property .
