The Nery Corporation d/b/a Coastal Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of the 32,680 s/f warehouse building on 6.36 acres located at 3 Thacher Ln. The purchase price was undisclosed.
The sellers were Richard J. Ouimet 2005 Trust represented by Michael Giancola, SouthEast Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
The buyers were Thacher Road Realty, LLC represented by Noble Vincent from Coastal Commercial Real Estate.
