According to Sea Watch Realty, Inc., Noble Vincent has joined the company as a broker in the Marion office. Ben Edgar, owner and president of Sea Watch Realty, made the announcement as the company continues to expand its commercial real estate brokerage business in southeastern Massachusetts.
Vincent has been a licensed real estate agent since 1987. He has dealt with leasing and sales throughout Massachusetts in both high end seasonal markets as well as primary residential markets. Noble's previous experience also extends to large parcel identification, negotiation and acquisition for a land preservation developer.
Noble's efforts were directly involved in $20 million of development opportunities.
Noble attended New England College as well the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
