Vidal/Wettenstein sells .73 acre site for $325,000

Stratford, CT KUBTEC has purchased a parcel of land adjacent to the company’s facility at 111 Research Dr. The .73-acre parcel located at 10 Research Dr. was purchased for $325,000. KUBTEC plans to use the land for the construction of a secondary facility to meet increased demand for its high end clinical and scientific imaging equipment.

KUBTEC specializes in the design and manufacture of advanced radiography systems that provide high resolution imaging used in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer and for research, agricultural and forensic applications.
