Vidal/Wettenstein sells 6,804 s/f The Inn at Fairfield Beach for $2 million

Fairfield, CT Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC was the listing broker and represented the purchaser of The Inn at Fairfield Beach, 1160 Reef Rd. The buyer was Michael and Jeff Giannone, local residents whose intensions are to run the property as an inn. The 6,804 s/f three-story inn sold for $2 million or $293 per s/f.

According to Candace Levine who sold the property, the inn was started in 1995 as the Sea Grape Inn and eventually changed the name to Inn at Fairfield Beach at 2007.

Counsel for the seller was Mark Kirsch of Cohen & Wolf. Christopher Mckeon of Bershtein, Volpe & McKeon P.C. was counsel for the purchaser.
