Vidal/Wettenstein sells 1555 Post Rd. East - $1.93m

Westport, CT In a year-end acquisition Vidal/Wettenstein has sold 1555 Post Rd. East. 

The building was designed by architect Larry Michaels and was originally built in 1981, as the home for Petrucci Construction Company. Repositioned in 2017, it was completely remodeled as a multi-tenant office building located on a main business artery in the city. 

The property was purchased by a local investor for $1.93 million, who was attracted to its location and history of successful leasing. 1555 is home to several financial and insurance firms. 

The seller, BAO Partners, was represented by Stephen Ozyck.
