Vidal/Wettenstein leases 4,000 s/f

According to Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, Gray Wolf Sensing Solutions will be relocating its headquarters to International Place, one of the new buildings owned and managed by the R. D. Scinto Company. The firm will occupy 4,000 s/f in the new 6 Research Dr. office building. The company provides advanced sensor and software technology, employing the power of the mobile computers, for portable diagnostic environmental instrumentation. The term of the lease is 5 years and Gray Wolf has an option to renew. Wettenstein represented the tenant and Richard Gretsch represented the R. D. Scinto Company.
