Vidal/Wettenstein handles 5,456 s/f building lease
Stratford, CT The building at 740 Woodend Rd. has been leased to a Shelton-based company. LiveWire Sound and Image will be relocating their business to the building.
LiveWire is a full service design and build firm specializing in AV systems of all sizes, for churches, professional production facilities, schools and businesses in the corporate sector.
The building is a 5,456 s/f single story block and steel structure, located in the middle of the industrial section of town. LiveWire plans on modifying the space to their specific needs.
Randy Vidal represented the owner, and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR both with Vidal/Wettenstein, represented the tenant.
