Vantage names Roy and Carreiro as project execs.

Waltham, MA According to Vantage Builders, Inc., Andy Roy has been promoted to project executive and Joe Carreiro has joined the firm also as project executive.

As project executives, Roy and Carreiro are responsible for the overall direction, completion and financial outcome for Vantage Builders’ projects. They serve as the key point of contact for clients, architects and subcontractors, and directly supervise the firm’s project managers, project engineers and superintendents.

Roy joined Vantage Builders as a project manager in 2016 and has 23 years of experience in the construction industry.

Carreiro brings more than 35 years construction experience to his Vantage Builders projects and has already begun working with two of the firm’s long-term clients, National Grid and Hobbs Brook Real Estate.

Prior to joining the Vantage, he was a project executive with Rubicon Builders and held operations roles with Pariseault Builders and S&H Construction. He has successfully completed projects in a wide range of sectors, including corporate, healthcare/hospitals, retail and life science, and also has experience in residential construction. Mr. Carreiro graduated from Bermuda College and holds a construction supervisor license with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a 30-hour OSHA certification.
