Chelmsford, MA Vantage Builders, Inc. completed major renovation and upgrade work at 300 Apollo Dr., on behalf of Tritower Financial Group.

Projects in the 296,158 s/f, Class A office building include renovations to the lobby and common areas, a new game room, new 75-person conference room, new office for property management and upgrades to the cafeteria. The improvements are intended to help Tritower Financial Group attract new tenants to the three-story building.

“When Tritower acquired 300 Apollo Dr. in 2014, we envisioned its potential as becoming the premier building in the market,” said Todd Twombly, director of asset management, Tritower Financial Group.

Vantage modernized the lobby area to the LEED Silver-certified and WiredScore Silver-certified building. New furniture, wall coverings and dark stain on the wood finishes provide a more contemporary feel, as do the stainless steel toe kicks beneath the lobby benches. Pendant lights, more than 50 inches in diameter, hang from 12-foot lengths of aircraft cables.

To help create a more fun atmosphere and to provide a recreation space for tenants, a new game room was added. Located off the renovated cafeteria, the game room features classic games like Big Buck Hunter and Golden Tee, as well as foosball, bubble hockey and pop-a-shot basketball. A large-screen TV completes the room.

The project also included millwork and new paint in the building’s cafeteria. Finally, new carpeting, paint and graphics were added to all the common corridors.

Vantage Builders did excellent work on this project, as well as on the fit-up work they have done for some of our tenants,” said Twombly.

Tenants at 300 Apollo Dr. include Aspect Software, Axis Communications, HNTB Corp., and MRV Communications.

Transwestern | RBJ is the exclusive leasing agent for 300 Apollo Dr. Sierra Architects provided architectural services for the upgrade projects.
