Vantage Builders completes fast track renovations for Wellesley Services

Faced with the challenge of a schedule of eight weeks from demolition to a certificate of occupancy, Vantage Builders worked seven days a week to complete the project for Wellesley Information Services on time and on budget. The project was a full renovation of the interior building and included detailed finishes, glass-walled offices and a new server room with a pre-action sprinkler system. Vantage Builder's ability to be in constant communication with the architect, the engineer and its team of subcontractors proved to be critical to the timing and the success of the project. Vantage Builders offers contracting services to corps., developers, property managers, retailers and private institutions. Our standard construction services include general contracting and construction management. More comprehensive services include design/build and value engineering. In managing and building scores of commercial projects, we've found that versatility is key to our customers' success. Our experience includes specialized tenant build-outs, standard property improvements, base building work and construction from the ground up.
