Vantage Builders completes 9,000 s/f office reno for Glanz Properties

Vantage Builders, Inc. completed a 9,000 s/f office renovation project for Glanz Properties at 121 High St. After leasing the second floor of 121 High St. to Polaris Capital Management, LLC, Glanz Properties hired Vantage Builders to renovate the location. The firm transformed the segmented, multi-tenant space into an elegant new headquarters for the global value investment management firm. Construction of the new Class A space was conducted in the otherwise 100% occupied building, with retail and restaurants below and additional commercial tenants above. The new office, designed by architects Dyer Brown & Associates, features exposed post and beam ceiling and brick walls. Finishes include glass walls, with frameless glass doors, custom field finished five inch wide hickory plank flooring, solid surface countertops and millwork throughout. "The architect had a very unique, very interesting design in mind for the space," said Mike Thayer, project manager for Vantage Builders. "We were able to bring that vision to life, within the planned timeframe and while being sensitive to the other tenants in this very busy building." The project also included building system work. The office features entirely new electrical service, with high-end fixtures, as well as a state-of-the-art Mitsubishi CITY MULTI variable cooling and heating system.
