Valenti of The R. Calabrese Agency completes $76,500 sale
Tony Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC represented the buyer, Toce Property Management, LLC / Toce Structural Engineering, LLC for the recent sale of a professional office condominium located at 1755 Meriden-Waterbury Rd. The property sold for $76,500.
Edward Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties, LLC represented the seller, WFNA.
The new owner will relocate their business to this location, continuing to provide structural engineering services to their clients.
