The Construction Institute's Regional Forecast series, which featured the I-91 Corridor Regional Construction Forecast last month in Springfield, Mass., features an economic overview of the design and construction marketplace, examines current and emerging trends in each region, and discusses future growth strategies and opportunities that exist for potential work for architectural, engineering and construction (A/E/C) firms. The I-95 Corridor Region includes the New Haven and Fairfield County area.
The Forecast Series typically provides near-term insight into the design and construction industry, incorporating macro and micro-understandings of regional issues and dynamics as they appear to develop. This year's program will feature the region's economic climate, highlighting current economic opportunities and challenges developing along the I-95 corridor, and define on-going and future design, construction and commercial real estate projects along I-95 in Fairfield and New Haven Counties.
