United Multi Family brokers $3.8 million sale of October Hills Apartments

United Multi Family brokered the sale of a 72-unit apartment building known as the October Hills Apartments at 905 Burnside Ave. The sale was for $3.8 milion ($52,778 per unit) with the seller being Anderson Family Trust. Handled by William Bonfanti of the Connecticut office, the brick residences were built in 1970 and consist of 9 two-bedroom and 63 one-bedroom units. The property has plenty of storage for tenants, an onsite management office, workshop, three coin-op laundry rooms, swimming pool and ample off street parking.
