According to United Const.'s vice president Tod Whipple, the 22 lot park maybe used for machining, warehousing, manufacturing and distribution. All structures in the park will be sold or leased on a build-to-suit basis for each tenant. The company's new facility will consist of a 5,000 s/f office building and a 10,000 s/f shop.
