Uhlenhake of Epstein Comm'l R.E. earns CCIM

Beverly Uhlenhake of Epstein Commercial Real Estate has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. Uhlenhake is one of just fourteen CCIMs in the state of Maine and is the only CCIM currently practicing in the greater Bangor market. Uhlenhake has been a member of Epstein Commercial Real Estate, central Maine's leading commercial real estate company, since 2004. Epstein Commercial focuses on the sale and leasing of office, retail, industrial and investment properties and also offers consulting services.
