Tenant broker Philip Wonski and Peter Yannotta, senior vice president of UGL Equis based in N.J., represented ColoSpace, Inc. headquartered in Rockland and Chip Batchelder, managing director of Wyman Street Advisors, represented the owner, 265 Winter LLC, in the 16,000 s/f lease signed by ColoSpace, Inc. The space was previously occupied by CentrePath, LLC, which relocated about 25 technical staff members, associated with the data center and Network Operations Center (NOC) to additional space they are leasing in the building.
