Twombly of Sovereign Realty leases 7,400 s/f to Manchester Athletic Club in The Whistle Stop Plaza
Todd Twombly of Sovereign Realty Advisors leased a 7,400 s/f building to The Manchester Athletic Club. Built this year the building is located in The Whistle Stop Plaza in a prime retail area adjacent to Station Place, another project the company built and leased.
Sovereign Construction handled the build-out for the tenant and also constructed the building for the owner, Braga Management. Sovereign Realty Advisors, formed in 2006, is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Sovereign Group a real estate, brokerage, development, private equity and construction company.
The Sovereign Group is made up of Sovereign Realty Advisors its commercial brokerage company, Sovereign Properties and Investments its development company, Sovereign Ventures its private equity company and Sovereign Construction the construction arm.
