Twombly and McFarland of Avison Young represent The Finch Group in 4,535 s/f office lease at 65 Franklin Street, Boston

Avison Young has brokered a 4,535 s/f office lease at 65 Franklin St. in downtown, bringing the building to full occupancy. Cadio Inc., doing business as Locately, will be moving its operations to 65 Franklin St. The Avison Young team led by Matt Twombly, a vice president in the Boston office, and principal Karyn McFarland represented the landlord, The Finch Group. "65 Franklin St. is a perfect space for our rapidly growing business. The bright, modern and open environment reflects our company's innovative culture," said Lou Bellaire, vice president of mobile technology at Locately. "The convenience of this downtown location will help us attract exceptional talent from Boston and surrounding areas. This is the ideal space for us today and for our future." "Downtown Boston offers every amenity that a small- to mid-size company could desire," said Twombly. The 22,000 s/f building features a new lobby, modern building systems, and easy access to public transportation via Downtown Crossing Station and South Station. Additionally, the property provides tenants with ample parking two blocks from the facility. "65 Franklin Street is in a great location and we are pleased that the Avison Young team has brought it to full occupancy," said Wesley Finch, chairman and founder of Finch Group. Locately is a location analytics and shopper insights firm working with client partners in consumer goods, restaurant and retail categories. The company's GPS-enabled mobile research technology provides quantitative insights, improving clients' product differentiation, service delivery and customer loyalty. This technology has been featured in MIT's Technology Review, Forbes and Fortune magazine (CNN Money). Locately is a subsidiary of Service Management Group (SMG), a global customer experience and employee engagement firm based in Kansas City with offices in the U.K. and Tokyo.
