Tustin of Wallace-Tustin Realty and Urso of Century 21 Classic Homes co-broker $725,000 sale of 1049 John Fitch Blvd.
Rich Tustin of Wallace-Tustin Realty, South Windsor sold 1049 John Fitch Blvd. on November 15th. The co-broker was Bob Urso of Centry 21 Classic Homes, Glastonbury.
National Cigar Company sold the building to 1049 John Fitch Blvd, LLC for $725,000.
The buyer is changing the zoning of the property from industrial to restricted commercial. Pad sites, small shopping center, and offices will be available.
